Mission
The primary mission of the trust is to eliminate corneal blindness to the maximum possible extent and to restore sight and hope to all in need through eye donation and cornea transplantation
The Objectives Of Trust
To run the eye bank on no profit basis as per the guidelines of eye bank association of India with an ultimate aim of establishing the eye bank to the international standards.
To create and propagate the awareness of the need to donate eyes and help the society through various Electronic Media, Print Media and volunteers.
To arrange for counseling of the members of the bereaved family through trained medico social workers and also by the members of our trust and other friends of bank members who volunteer for this purpose.
To contact various NGO'S and other service organizations like Satya Sai Seva Organizations, Lions Clubs, Rotary Clubs, Vasavi Clubs, Vikas Tarangini and other service organizations for help to propagate this movement and help the trust activities in whatever manner that is possible.
To assist in the National Prevention and Control of Blindness programme of Government of India.
To heed "A.P. Right to Sight" programme and Vision 2020 programme of Government of India.
To conduct certain programs wherein people with charismatic appeal can help to propagate the cause and appeal for funds to Eye bank. 8. The trust is also working in the direction of seeking the funds that are offered to establish and run the Eye bank from NPCB both at state and central level
